The Rockford Wildcat Invite is a USATF style invite with the following age groups racing in separate races:

8 & under – 1500m
9-10 – 3000m (1.86 miles)
11-12 – 3000m (1.86 miles)
13-14 – 4000m (2.49 miles)

Please have your Shockwaves runner at the race course for the course walk-through by 930am.

First race starts at 1030am.

Individual and Team awards will be given out at this meet.

Cost for this meet is $7.00 per runner.

Shockwaves runners will be registered in advance as a team. Please provide race fee reimbursement to Coach Nick or Shannon no later than the morning of the race.
