Midwest Invite Middle School mile:
The Middle School mile is the final race of the day. This is a combined High School and Middle School meet and the High School teams start racing at 9am. The course will be well worn by the time our middle school runners get on it at 12:50pm

This is a 1-mile race with all boys and girls (4th-8th grade) running in one combined race.

Race time is 12:50, please have your runner at the Shockwaves tent and ready for warm up by 1200 noon.

Awards ceremony will follow immediately after the completion of the Middle School mile race.
