This is the first XC racing opportunity of the season. Our Shockwaves runners can take part in the 3000m (1.86 miles) open race This Saturday at Lincoln park in Kenosha. This is part of the Tremper high school invite. Kids can stay and watch high school races if they choose to.

This is a free event.

Shockwaves participants must arrive to Lincoln park by 745am to sign race waiver and go through warm up routine.

Flat fast course throughout the perimeter of the park.
