Shockwaves this is the central Illinois District track meet. The meet takes place over both Saturday and Sunday but the Shockwaves will only compete in the events scheduled on Saturday because we will be competing as a
team the following day in the Somers 4th of July 1-mile road race.

If you don’t plan to race in the sommers 1-mile and want to compete in events at the AAU District meet, you are more than welcome to and we will handle the registration for you; however, all Shockwaves coaches will be attending the Sommers 1-mile road race and thus you will be competing with any coach support on that day (Sunday July 4th).

200m
200/400 hurdles
4×800m relay
4×100m relay

Team Registration will be submitted by Coach Freese the week of the meet. Cost for this meet is $20/athlete

Spectator entry fee for this meet is $5.00/person
