Athlete arrival time should be no later than 820am if you are running in the 100m, 1600m or 4x 200m relay.

If your first event is the 400m or later, you may arrive no later than 845am

Cost for this meet is $8.00 per athlete.

Competition categories are 5th/6th grade and 7th/8th grade.

Awards will be give to the top 6 places in each event.

Athletes may compete in 5 total events,
of which only 4 may be running events.

Masks are required for athletes when not actively warming up or competing and for all spectators and coaches.

Race director has asked for the Shockwaves to provide 3 parent volunteers to work 3 lanes of finish timing for the second half of the meet starting with the 4×100m relay event
