With frigid temps projected for this weekend we will once again have to postpone the Shockwaves mini meet—mini meet now scheduled for February 28th.

I will send an update with final mini meet details by Monday Feb 22nd.

This will be our first of two mini meets during the indoor season. This will be held outdoor on a street or path/trail course to be determined at a later date.

There is no cost for this Shockwaves mini meet event.

Shockwaves Mini meets are race events put on by the Shockwaves organization as intra-squad competition—only fellow Shockwaves runners compete in these events.

Planned distances to be competed are:

200m/400m/800m/1600m

We will likely divide our shockwaves into 3 age or grade groups for this mini meet competition. Exact details to be provided at at later date.
