Shockwaves,

This is the final tuneup race event before the USATF National Championship.

This is a night event and the race leads
off the the Christmas parade in downtown Oconomowoc.

Race start time is 445pm…showtime for our Shockwaves is 4pm.

Wear your Shockwaves uniform and feel
free to pair it with other green and red Christmas colors.

Part of the course is on an asphalt trail
and the course director recommends wearing a headlamp. I will have headlamps available for those who don’t have their own.

If you register for this event, select the team option during the registration process and add yourself to the “Shockwaves” team.
