Shockwaves,

This Wednesday our practice has been turned into a special handicap race and practice event. Location is at the UW Parkside Xc course.

Shockwaves will run their respective 2K/3k/4K National meet distances.

Showtime is 330

Races start at 4pm

In a handicap race everyone starts at a different time based on their PR for the distance they are running. I will submit the times for each of our runners. The idea is that everyone will finish right about that same time and it makes for a fun and exciting end of the race.

There is no cost is no cost for this event

All I need from you is confirmation that your Shockwaves runner can participate this Wednesday event.

Please confirm as normal by responding through this event page. Please confirm no later than tomorrow morning (Nov 24th) at 10am.

Let me know if you have any questions

You may wear your uniform if you like but you are not required to wear it for this event.
