This will replace the Warrior invite that was originally scheduled on this date.

This meet does not allow for the team registration process, so parents will be required to follow the registration link below to register their Shockwaves runners individually.

The field will be limited to 180 runners per race. Registration closes on September 30th. I recommend you don’t wait and get your runners registered by this Friday evening.

When you go to the race registration link, you will select the “Ranger Youth 3K” race.

This race is for 8th grade and under. Boys and girls will race separately.

For our one HS age runner, select the “Ranger HS 5k” race option on the registration site.

Showtime for our runners for this meet will be 1200. We will not be allowed access to the course before that time.

For our one HS runner, showtime would be 1000.

There will also be a spectator fee charged for this meet of $5.00 per person. This is cash only as I understand it, so please be prepared to pay the cash entry fee when you arrive. The race director is also limiting the race
to only two spectators per athlete.

I am not certain at this point if we will
have our team tent set up on the course side or the parking lot side. I will be clarifying this with the race director and will provide those details a few days before the race date.

This looks to be a terrific event!

We will be adjusting our practice schedule next week to add a second day at Parkside to prepare for this event (I’ll put those practice change details out by this weekend).
