Sept 26th – Shockwaves Mini Meet, Lincoln Park, Kenosha, WI
To fill the schedule hole left by the cancellation of the Janesville meet on this date, the Shockwaves will put on a mini meet—mini meets are race events with only our Shockwaves runners competing. The basic setup for this mini meet will be an inter-squad match with all Shockwaves divided into evenly matched teams of 5 runners—the teams will compete on a 1.5 mile course at Lincoln park. Medals and top team trophy will be on the line in this winner takes all, leg burning, no holds or elbows barred, inter squad XC grudge match!!! No registration fees for this event—it will only cost your Shockwaves runners approximately 200 calories of effort!
