See information below for this new meet that has just recently been added to our schedule:

Race Day Schedule:
3:30 Course OPEN
4:30 MS Boys 1.5mile
4:55 MS Girls 1.5mile
5:30 HS Boys 5K
6:10 HS Girls 5K
7:00 Awards @ Pavilion

(All Shockwaves runners running in either middle school race, should arrive by 4pm; however, if you want to do a course walk-through you should arrive by 3:30pm)

2. Entry Fee: $5 per runner: Coach Freese will register the team as a group.
Please submit your registration fees to Coach Nick or Shannon Freese via cash, check or VENMO (@morseshannon).

3. Awards: HS & MS races; TOP 5 Individuals cool ‘XC’ pins & FIRST place team trophy
All race participants will receive a fun size bag of M&M’s at finish.

4. The Registration deadline is this Wednesday afternoon…you must inform Coach
Freese by Tuesday evening if your Shockwaves runner plans to compete in this event.

5. Timing & Scoring will be done ‘old style’ with labelled bibs & handheld tick timer.
Coaches are also encouraged to get their athletes finish times. (No timing chip for your
shoe at this race, only a race bib number.

6. The course is a flat, single(MS) or double(HS) loop on grass. It will be flagged, and
miles marked. There is no need for a map, course is very easy to follow.
