Shockwaves,

This is the 2-mile XC event we were just invited to yesterday

So far we have 5 Shockwaves going.

This is open to both HS and MS (for purposes of our Shockwaves team I consider grade school and middle school as one, so when I state MS, that will always include our grade school age runners as well unless specifically stated otherwise).

Cost will be $10.00 per runner. If we have more than 6 Shockwaves that participate, the cost per runner will drop by a few dollars.

If you want to run but need a ride, we will coordinate and can accommodate up to 8 additional Shockwaves requiring a ride to and from the race location. (Text Coach Freese if your Shockwaves runner needs transportation
to this event).

The course walkthrough is at 430pm

For those in need of transportation, we plan to leave Kenosha at approximately 330pm

Bathrooms are available on site but there are no concessions, so you will need to bring all water and snacks you require for the duration of this event.
