SHOCKWAVES…calling all Shockwaves!

Wanted…arms, legs and lungs capable of speeding across grass, dirt, gravel, asphalt and like the trusty US Postal service, no rain, wind, sleet or snow will stop the fleet footed XC Warrior. Cross country runners are no fair weathered track stars, no these monsters of the mountain, creek crashing, bog stomping,
Mud bathing, dirt dudes and divas can Steele their minds like the most cerebral superhero to withstand whatever Mother Nature can conjure up. These workhorse pachyderms eat up miles on the trail with the ease of Tarzan swinging through the trees.

One part dirt – two parts determination and three additional parts labeled NEVER-GIVE-UP!

So you say you want to be a cross country runner, we’ll here’s what it takes:

“It hurts”…rub some dirt on it

“You fell down in the race”…get up and run faster!

“You puked in the finishing stretch”…we’ll, I hope you kept running!

“You finished the course exhausted and too weak to stand”…that’s perfect execution!

You get the idea…basically, if you dawn an XC uniform, it’s no ordinary uniform it’s tantamount to a Superhero’s outfit…with spiked feet to boot!

See you all on the 21st
