Location: Simmons Island Park/beach

The general plan is for all families to bring their own food and we’ll have a picnic style dinner on the open grass area above the Simmons island beach.

Timeline:

5-530pm – Arrival & Eat

530-615pm – Awards presentation by coaches

6:30-730pm – Tubing on the lake courtesy of Mr. John Weiss and his boat.

Due to current COVID-19 requirements, please remember to bring and wear your face covering whenever you cannot maintain proper social distancing (min of 6ft).

Please also keep attendance to only your immediate family members (mom/dad/parental units/guardians and siblings living in your same household) unless an extended family member will be the primary guardian bringing your Shockwaves runner to this awards event.

Please help us hold this event in a safe manner and in accordance with local
group meeting/event size limitations.

Please also RSVP, so the coaching staff can account for an accurate group number that will be in attendance.
