Shockwaves-

This will be our final mini meet of the 2020 Outdoor Track season.

To avoid the heat of the day we are going to make this an evening event. It will take place this Friday evening the 10th of July. We switched from Saturday to Friday to ensure all Shockwaves coaches would be available.

The showtime for shockwaves runners will be 630pm

We will run through warmups from 630-7pm and then run the relays from 7pm to dark…approximately 9pm.

More info about the relay events will be added by Wednesday this week.
