Pre Season Showcase Meet at Proviso West High School in Hillside, IL

Running events start at 10am

Shockwaves should arrive to the track by 915 if they are running one of the first 3 events. If your event isn’t one of the first 3 you can arrive at 945am.

Cost for this meet is a flat fee of $20/athlete regardless of how many events (up to 3) that an athlete registers for.

I will register all Shockwaves running in this meet as a team through the meet’s online entry site at the MileSplit Illinois website. I’ll complete team registration on Wednesday evening January 15th.

They are charging $5.00 entry for all non competitors.

Reminder, only 1/8 inch spikes are allowed on this track surface.
