The attached registration form asks for a performance seed time to be listed for each event you register your Shockwaves runner for. The seed time isn’t an absolute requirement but I will provide seed times for everyone (for the 3k and mile distances) at the end of the week. We will also do a mile time trial this Thursday at the Carthage track to get an updated seed time for the mile distance.

I ask that all Shockwaves participating in this indoor meet run at least the 3000m (3k) or mile race. They can pick as many other running events at they would like to run.
