Update! Due to unsafe conditions with the bridge on the trail that crosses the creek at Poerio park, we had to modify the 3k/4K course. We will now only run 2K and 4K race distances We will slot all Shockwaves runners into either the 2K or 4K for this event.

Please arrive by 1215. The 2K will go at 1245. The 4K will go at 115.

The hot chocolate time trial run will be a team relay race allowing each Shockwaves runner to run their respective 2K, 3K or 4K race distance as a time trial. Event will start at Peorio park. All race distances will be run at the park. At conclusion of the time trial, the team will convene at Common Grounds cafe downtown for a nice toasty HOT chocolate beverage.
