This is silly waiting for the heat index to hit 104 or higher for a couple reasons.

1. It's already higher (Coach Stephanie says 105)
2. Coach Marty points out what is the benefit of running in 101 real feal but not 104?
3. I don't want to have to explain to Coach Stephanie why I have a backpack sprayer of ice water.

So I'm heading to the grocery store to lay in one of those open freezers they put shrimp cocktail in. I'll either see you there (Festival on 80th Street) or in somebody's pool. Or pond.
