Starting this week NO THURSDAY PRACTICE ONLY MEETS for four weeks. We will be going to Racine Case High School for the 4 meets, we will not have anyone at Peorio Park. I have attached Mike's flyer.

"BUT, my athlete is nervous about competing in a race. They just want to run."

Then pretend it is just practice. This is the perfect low stakes event for them to try. If they have sprinted with us at the end of our dynamic warm up, they are ready for these meets.

$5 Registration Fee gets you ALL the races you care to run.

The first event is a 50m dash, so I think if we all show up at 5:30ish and warm up we can use that 50m dash to test how we are feeling.

If you want to do field events you can, but you also have to be in charge of the field event.

8:00 A RELAY to finish the meet
It can be 2 to 4 runners All Boys or Girls or COED - Medley - 4 x 100, 4 x 200, 4 x 400.. anything that adds up to 400,
800, or 1600.
