Updates on the Fundraiser!

17 Jan by Todd Hauser

I had occasion to be in the Aurora Hospital on the Westside of Kenosha (Everyone is fine) and I noticed this handsome little corral.

A kid with some fast feet and some acetone to remove the paint stencils could really make our fundraiser go CRAZY!! It didn’t look like anyone was really paying attention to how many wheel chairs there were…

But the real reason for this message is we have had a crazy crack in donations! A generous donor has contributed $50!!!

EDIT: And they are donating a walker with wheels that we will credit $30 for so now we are up to $100!!!

We are up to $70 dollars but we need a total of $250 by Feb 10th to have Coach Todd running at the last Milwaukee Open.

No one is still reading, but… what if we do the Power Hour of Fight for Air Climb like a Math-athon or Read-athon and I take pledges based on how many sets of stairs I finish?

Last year I finished my one climb in about 15 minutes. Maybe you pledge $5 for every set I am allowed to complete before they take me to the hospital for observation. If I finish 3, you donate $15.

It would be too late to make me run at Milwaukee but it would maximize the torture.

Coach Todd.
