Also, Coach Stephanie wants to move Wednesday practice to Bradford Hill (Shagbark Park).  Sunset keeps getting earlier and earlier, so please bring a headlamp, but we are going to try to stay in places with good lighting.  

Monday:  UW Parkside Cross Country Course.

Wednesday:  Bradford Hill (Shagbark Park)  We park at Bullen Middle School and then run down to Shagbark Park.  It is ALWAYS chilly at Bradford Hill, so send a lot of layers with your runner.

Thursday:  UW Parkside Cross Country Course – But I’m told we will probably be running in Petrifying Springs park where there is better lighting.

Saturday: Rockford Invitational I have until Wednesday night to get the roster in, so please let me know if your runner wants into this age group race.
