No Shockwaves Activities This Week

We are taking a week off and then getting right back in to it next week.

RUNNERS: No major running; only resting this week. You can do light stuff like having fun on your bikes, but you should have multiple days without running this week.

Use all this extra time to do math and clean your rooms. If you don’t have math homework, do some extra math. Fun math.

Don’t worry, I’ll have more posts for you this week.
