Hydration is the key!

Hello team!

Great workout this AM!

It was a super hot one. Coach Stephanie wants everyone to keep hydrated and she strongly suggests adding an electrolyte to the kids water to replenish the loss of salt.
Parents can take a bottle of Powerade/Gatorade (try the dye free options) or the best option is Pedialyte powder but only use HALF the amount of Gatorade/Powerade/powder pack to add to their water bottle.

This should help with the puking feeling and overall feeling icky.

Still bring extra water – a Swell bottle which can keep cold if you need to pour some on your head is recommended.

You can also buy a “cooling cloth” to wear around their neck to help keep cold.
