Good Morning,

I spoke to the race director and she is determined to make this event happen this summer.

At this point she has taken the following steps to keep the event on the schedule and avoid canceling:

1. Pushed meet date to the right one week from 18-19 July to 24-26 July.

2. Extended event over 3 days to reduce number of people at the event at any given time

3. If necessary and as last resort, she is preparing a backup location for meet in a neighboring state with less restrictions on gathering sizes (Indiana/Kentucky).

I will keep you updated on changes to this event and any others we plan to participate in. In addition, I plan to compose and send out an updated Shockwaves schedule by Sunday evening.
